Giga Yoga is managed by group of well qualified Yoga professionals with wide range of experiences in the field of yoga. They have experience ranging from 4 to 20 years . Some of the Instructors are specialized as Therapists and have the skill set to provide modularized multidimensional solutions for ailments like Diabetes, Obesity, Asthma, Insomnia, depression etc

Giga Yoga is specialized in three different areas : Yoga for Positive Health Promotion , Yoga for Stress management and Yoga Therapy for Diabetes and Obesity.

Our centre is equipped with pool of dedicated well qualified Instructors and Therapists specialized in the field of Yoga.
